CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

If "you and your Captain" decide the water visibility conditions are not acceptable for your SNOOBA charter day, we will refund you for the amount paid on the SNOOBA portion only. (NO CASH REFUNDS) in the form of a gift card or reschedule you. You will still receive your Full Fun NAUTI Aquatic Adventure Day regardless of water visibility SNOOBA conditions (NO CASH REFUND). Your FULL Adventure fun Day Charter will continue for the full 5 hours.

You will not want for anything. Want your sunglsses cleaned ? Need more ice ? They will bring you what ever you need at any time you wish. This is your day to relax and have fun!

HALF DAY (4 hours) 10am - 2pm

Party of 2 - $450 ($225 per)
Party of 3 - $600 ($200 per)

Large Family's with children under the ages of 10 years old are 50 % - HALF OFF!

CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY

(If customer cancels for any reason at any time, the customer's deposit or fees paid are 100% refundable in the form of a gift card credited in the amount paid. NO CASH REFUNDS. The gift card issued by Nauti Aquatic Adventures in the amount that was refunded, can only be used for future charters. If the Captain cancels the charter for any reason (other than weather) at any time a 100% less reservation fees, cash refund will be sent back to the original credit/debit card of the customer. Due to fluctuating weather conditions your charter may need to be rescheduled or canceled. If your charter is canceled, you will be able to have a gift card for the cost of your deposit that can go toward your next adventure day and marine wildlife experience (No Cash Refund) The Captain is the only person who can cancel your Charter due to weather conditions.

If the Captain feels that it will be unsafe conditions or continual rain or high winds, he will most likely reschedule and if the client chooses to cancel a Gift card will be issued in the amount of the deposit.
If your Charter is cut short due to unforeseen weather conditions during the charter, there will be no refund. Nauti Aquatic Adventures LLC does take into account weather conditions and will consider moving your charter date to a more favorable day at no penalty)
